Value added tax
Small business under section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmer gemäß § 19 UStG). No value added tax is charged or shown. There is no VAT identification number under section 27a of the German VAT Act.
Commercial register
The business is not entered in a commercial, association, partnership or cooperative register.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
A reference to the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is deliberately omitted: the platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and the underlying regulation repealed.
