How Crevly handles your data.
- Start without linking a platform
- Manual entry lets you record earnings and working time without giving Crevly access to any portal.
- Sync only when you start it
- Crevly fetches data from a portal only when you start the sync. There is no background schedule.
- Encrypted logins
- Portal passwords are stored encrypted. For a sync you release them with your own sync key; the release only lasts for your current session.
- No payouts through Crevly
- Crevly records and evaluates your earnings. It does not transfer money; payouts happen outside Crevly.

Yes. Starter and Pro are designed for a single creator. You can track your own earnings and working time without setting up a studio team.
Do I have to connect a platform before I start?
No. You can begin with manual earnings and time entries. A platform connection becomes relevant when you want Crevly to fetch your earnings from a supported portal — that starts with Pro.
What is included in Starter?
Starter includes one creator, up to three platform accounts, manual earnings and time entries, CSV import, earnings per logged hour and the platform comparison. Manual entries work for every platform, CSV import via “Generic CSV” for any source. Portal sync starts with Pro; for adult platforms it needs the optional Adult Platforms add-on.
Does Crevly pay out my earnings?
No. Crevly records earnings and helps calculate and document revenue shares. It does not transfer funds to creators or other participants. Payouts are handled outside Crevly. Paying for your Crevly subscription is a separate process.
What does earnings per logged hour tell me?
It puts the earnings recorded for a period in relation to the working time recorded for that period. Missing income or working hours can change the picture. Use it to review your activity; it is not a promise of future earnings.
